Yes! we will provide a mock-up of your design prior to creating your item. It will be sent via Messenger or Email. You can provide your own design or we can give you some of layouts to choose. But you only have three (3) attempt for revising your design.
If you need your order to be rushed we cannot guarantee to finish it on time. since we need to consider our current workload but our sales admin will try their best to facilitate what you want.
When your item is ready we will inform you via messenger or text from us, letting you know the address for pick-up. For delivery you can book at Grab or Lalamove.
